Singapore’s first and only concrete player to be certified sustainable concrete products “Leader”

The “Leader” certification was awarded to over 150 specialised concrete products in PanU Concrete’s “Eco” and “Green” ready mixed concrete (“RMC”) ranges – the highest level of sustainability certification in SGBC’s 4-tier classification system. CDL issues the first green bond by a Singapore company

City Developments Limited (CDL), through its wholly-owned subsidiary CDL Properties Ltd (CDLP), has successfully launched the first green bond by a Singapore company. The two-year senior secured green bond has raised S$100 million at 1.98% fixed rate due 2019. More in the press release here
